Clinical Specialist

Position Overview:

The Clinical Specialist provides clinical support and education to healthcare professionals using Stryker products. You will serve as a bridge between the sales team and clinical staff, ensuring proper product use, supporting procedures, and facilitating training. This role is ideal for candidates with strong clinical knowledge who want to combine technical expertise with customer interaction in a healthcare sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth clinical support for Stryker products in hospitals, surgical centers, and other healthcare settings
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on proper product use, best practices, and updates
• Support sales representatives during procedures to ensure product adoption and optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Participate in clinical demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Stryker product portfolio and stay updated on industry trends
• Collect feedback from clinical teams to inform product development and sales strategies
• Travel regionally to provide onsite clinical support and training

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant clinical field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical, Allied Health)
• Clinical experience in hospital or surgical settings preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
