Job Description
The Auto Glass Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality auto glass repair, replacement, and calibration services while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in shop locations, airport rental facilities, or as a mobile technician. Key Responsibilities:
Install and replace windshields and other automotive glass in shop or mobile settings
Repair chips, cracks, and other types of glass damage
Calibrate vehicle electronics, including ADAS, lane departure warning, and forward collision alert systems
Interact with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction
Process payments for mobile service customers
Maintain a professional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitude
Provide world-class customer service to customers and vendors
Follow safety standards, technical specifications, and quality guidelines
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition

Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of automotive glass installation experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
Proficiency working with various types of automotive glass
Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and techniques used in glass repair and replacement
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and specifications
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must meet minimum age requirements as applicable
Comfortable with physical demands of the role
Physical Requirements:
