Job Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will support Stryker Sales Representatives in promoting, educating, and selling Stryker products. You will interact with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to provide product knowledge, support adoption, and strengthen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Representatives in the promotion and sales of Stryker products
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product use, updates, and functionality
  • Support post-sale implementation, training, and adoption of products
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with doctors, nurses, and staff
  • Help analyze market potential and execute sales strategies within assigned territory
  • Participate in product and field training programs
  • Resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Travel regionally as required to support sales initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 0–2 years of sales experience (medical or B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
