Job Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will support Stryker Sales Representatives in promoting, educating, and selling Stryker products. You will interact with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to provide product knowledge, support adoption, and strengthen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Representatives in the promotion and sales of Stryker products
- Educate healthcare professionals on product use, updates, and functionality
- Support post-sale implementation, training, and adoption of products

- Help analyze market potential and execute sales strategies within assigned territory
- Participate in product and field training programs

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 0–2 years of sales experience (medical or B2B experience preferred)
