We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who is personable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service as the main representative of our club. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing superior customer care, aiding in the daily front desk operations, and ensuring that all members and visitors feel welcomed and valued. Key Responsibilities:

  • Extend a cordial welcome to both members and guests to set a positive tone.
  • Assist users with checking in, updating their profiles, and addressing general questions.
  • Improve the member experience by highlighting the club's diverse programs, amenities, and services.
  • Address phone calls, emails, and in-person requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support efforts to boost membership sales by providing information and coordinating tours for interested parties.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and projects a professional front desk.
  • Addressing member grievances promptly and escalating issues to higher levels when appropriate.
