- Build and maintain relationships: Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Product education and demonstrations: Educate healthcare providers on the proper use, features, and benefits of Stryker's medical devices and surgical products.
- Support the sales process: Assist in product evaluations, demos, and trials, ensuring that customers receive a hands-on experience with Stryker’s innovative solutions.
- Market research: Analyze and understand customer needs and market trends to stay ahead of competitors and tailor sales efforts effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets: Consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives by closing deals and creating customer value.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work cross-functionally with product specialists, engineers, and customer support teams to ensure optimal product delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in an outside sales role, with preference for candidates with medical device or healthcare sales experience.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial sales experience.
- Experience in a medical field, specifically operating room experience or surgical environments, is a plus.
- Skills:

- Physical Requirements:
