Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Member Services Representative to be the face of our club. The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting daily front desk operations, and ensuring every member and guest feels welcomed and valued. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
• Assist members with check-ins, account updates, and general inquiries.
• Promote club programs, amenities, and services to enhance the member experience.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person requests professionally.
• Support membership sales efforts by providing information and scheduling tours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Resolve member concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to support club operations.
