The position occasionally demands overtime, including nights or weekends, to meet urgent service calls or installations at healthcare facilities. Flexibility is vital for maintaining uninterrupted medical device functionality, especially in fast-paced environments like Kennedale hospitals.

Kennedale's market for field technicians is moderately competitive due to a niche focus on biomedical equipment. Candidates with relevant experience and certifications stand out, as healthcare providers prioritize reliability and quick resolution of technical issues.
