Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Organization:

  • Grasp and implement established operational protocols and guidelines
  • Provide clarity on the organizational rules and procedures for the staff members

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Drive and supervise the sales group
  • Reach goals for membership and revenue successfully
  • Increase lead generation by driving team-based initiatives
  • Proper utilization of tracking forms and lead management systems is essential
  • Manage the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities
  • Promote outreach initiatives that build relationships with local residents and establish partnerships with companies
  • Schedule routine sales meetings and appraisals to assess performance

Managing revenue generated through personal training:

  • Attain the targets for revenue generation and number of sessions in the field of physical therapy
  • Merge PT packages into sales strategies
  • Advocate for attending orientation workshops and exploring supplementary program options

Operations Management:

  • Manage departments including Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and IT
  • Handling member complaints with professionalism and efficiency is key to providing satisfactory resolutions
  • Ensure that the club's cleanliness, safety measures, and maintenance practices are consistently upheld
  • Give the green light and handle salary distribution
  • Encourage a positive and hospitable experience for members

Financial Management:

  • Supervising budgets includes monitoring financial strategies and regulating spending to maintain effective budgetary control
  • Regulate spending and buying activities
  • Take steps to rectify situations where goals fall short of being achieved

Leadership & Motivation:

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire and motivate colleagues
  • Plan and organize weekly gatherings for both group and individual discussions

  • Attain the predetermined targets for both sales and financial aspects

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Completion of a four-year university program is preferred

Experience:
