Job Summary
As a brand ambassador of Crunch Franchise, a Crunch Coach (CC) delivers a positive fitness experience and high-quality personal training sessions. This role is focused on helping clients reach their fitness goals while driving member retention, client acquisition, and overall club success.

Train & Support Clients:
- Deliver exceptional personal training sessions for new and existing clients
- Design comprehensive fitness programs, including cardio, resistance, and basic nutrition guidance
- Educate clients on fitness tools and resources to support their goals
- Track client progress and provide consistent feedback and motivation
- Demonstrate proper exercise technique and ensure client safety
Serve Crunch Members:
- Assist members with exercise equipment and correct form
- Participate in club activities such as fitness events, boot camps, and supplement demos
- Support general club cleanliness and organization, including racking weights
- Deliver an engaging and educational Kickoff session for new members
Administrative Duties:
- Use company tools like dotFIT and Google Calendar to manage programming and scheduling
- Maintain session tracking, goal setting, and client notes
- Collaborate with management and follow club systems for service delivery
Organizational Structure:
- Reports to: Head Coach, Assistant Head Coach (if applicable), General Manager, or Franchise Partner
- This position does not have direct reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential from an accredited organization (preferred or required)
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire people at all fitness levels
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Must exclusively train within Crunch Franchise (no outside training permitted)
