Job Overview

Crunch Fitness is seeking motivated and passionate Fitness Professionals to deliver personalized training programs and exceptional member experiences. Trainers work closely with the Fitness Manager or General Manager to build their client base, improve retention, and advance their professional development while creating flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized fitness programs to support short- and long-term client goals

• Conduct fitness assessments and progress evaluations

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention

• Participate in client generation and outreach initiatives

• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with members and staff

• Stay current with fitness education and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Nationally Accredited Certified Personal Trainer Certification

• Valid CPR/AED certification (required upon hire and maintained during employment)

• Experience in program development and client assessments

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Organized, coachable, and team-oriented
