Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Organization:

  • Grasp and implement established operational protocols and guidelines

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Manage the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities

Managing revenue generated through personal training:

  • Attain the targets for revenue generation and number of sessions in the field of physical therapy
  • Merge PT packages into sales strategies

Operations Management:

  • Manage departments including Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and IT
  • Handling member complaints with professionalism and efficiency is key to providing satisfactory resolutions
  • Ensure that the club's cleanliness, safety measures, and maintenance practices are consistently upheld
  • Give the green light and handle salary distribution
  • Encourage a positive and hospitable experience for members

Financial Management:

  • Supervising budgets includes monitoring financial strategies and regulating spending to maintain effective budgetary control
  • Regulate spending and buying activities
  • Take steps to rectify situations where goals fall short of being achieved

Leadership & Motivation:

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire and motivate colleagues

Education:
