Position Overview
The Assistant Personal Training Manager (APTM) plays a key role in driving personal training sales, client retention, and team performance. This position supports the Personal Training Manager in developing a team of trainers, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)

Key Responsibilities
Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and retention strategies.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
Set, track, and achieve monthly sales and performance goals.
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations related to personal training, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Maintain a high-energy, competitive, and professional environment.
Support implementation of company-wide fitness and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
CPR Certification (required)
Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)
Sales and/or leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to lead and adapt in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Regular physical activity required (lifting, squatting, spotting, bending, prolonged standing/walking).
