Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of crew members during scheduled shifts

• Assign responsibilities and ensure all stations are properly staffed and supported

• Oversee food preparation and safety practices to maintain top-quality standards

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and fast customer service

• Support training of new employees and help develop crew skills

• Monitor shift performance, coach team members, and provide feedback

• Take ownership of shift operations, including opening and/or closing duties

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for delivering high-quality food and guest service

• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
