Position Overview

As a Front Desk Associate, you are the face of Crunch. You create lasting first impressions, greet every member with energy and professionalism, and help maintain the gym’s welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests enthusiastically and professionally

• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide club information

• Check in members and verify account status

• Handle membership sales and renewals

• Provide tours to prospective members and explain club amenities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

• Assist in resolving member issues or direct them to the appropriate staff

• Promote current events, classes, and promotions to members

• Enforce club policies and rules in a respectful manner

• Open and/or close the facility as scheduled

Required Skills & Experience

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, POS system experience is a plus)

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Frequent walking, reaching, bending, and light lifting (up to 30 lbs)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
