Job Overview:

Crunch Fitness is seeking an energetic and service-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for members and guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily club operations. Front Desk Associates play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting Crunch's "No Judgments" philosophy in a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude

• Manage check-ins and provide information about club services and amenities

• Answer phones and respond to member inquiries

• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

• Support membership services and administrative tasks

• Promote a positive club culture aligned with company values

• Communicate effectively with team members and management

• Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond member expectations
