Assistant General Manager

Job Overview:

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a key leadership role in supporting club operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering an outstanding member experience. This position combines sales leadership, team development, and operational support in a high-energy fitness environment. The AGM works closely with the General Manager to lead staff, improve member retention, and maintain a positive, results-driven culture aligned with the company’s "No Judgments" philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership and personal training revenue through sales leadership

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales and service team

• Generate leads through local outreach and community initiatives

• Support member retention and customer service excellence

• Maintain a motivating, team-focused club environment

• Ensure operational standards and company policies are followed

• Support the General Manager in achieving performance goals

• Work evenings and weekends as required
