We are seeking an Assistant Gym Manager to help lead one of our Crunch locations. The AGM is responsible for supporting overall club operations, driving membership sales, developing staff, and ensuring members have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Aid the General Manager in supervising the daily functioning and revenue generation.
- Formulate a strategy to attract, employ, teach, and advance a successful sales force.
- Boost financial performance by enhancing revenue through membership acquisition, personal training sessions, and community engagement strategies.
- Offer superior customer service to ensure the satisfaction of all members.
- Handle the scheduling, reporting, and fulfillment of compliance standards.
- Take an active role in community and local marketing campaigns to attract potential customers.
