Job Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility's equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for both members and staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly, including broken or malfunctioning equipment, plumbing issues, and electrical problems.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and members.
- Facility Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, ensuring all areas are functioning as expected.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services as needed.
- Record Keeping: Document maintenance activities and keep track of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment warranties.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations (e.g., equipment malfunctions, safety hazards) swiftly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaboration: Work with club management to identify ongoing or future maintenance needs and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or equipment repair.
