What You’ll Do as a Crew Member:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.

• Work all stations: register, grill, fry, food prep, and clean-up,we cross-train so you're ready for anything.

• Prepare and assemble food orders with care and accuracy using fresh, high-quality ingredients (we don't even have freezers!).

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following food safety protocols.

• Be a team player in a loud, open-kitchen environment great communication is key!

• Contribute to our Secret Shopper Bonus Program, where every team member has the chance to earn cash bonuses based on performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen.

• Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

• Basic math and cash handling skills.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
