Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructors who are passionate about health, wellness, and motivating others. This role leads dynamic and engaging group exercise classes in a fun, inclusive environment guided by the brand’s “No Judgments” philosophy. Instructors help members reach their fitness goals while creating an exciting and supportive class atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes
Motivate members and create a positive workout environment
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications
Maintain professionalism and strong member engagement
Follow all club policies, procedures, and safety standards
Maintain required certifications and continuing education
Requirements:
Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, or NASM)
Current Zumba Certification
200-hour Yoga Certification
Schwinn or Spinning Certification
Valid CPR/AED Certification (must be maintained during employment)
