Assistant Fitness Club Manager

Position Summary:

We are in need of an Assistant Fitness Club Manager for a Crunch facility, tasked with aiding in the management of club activities, boosting membership sign-ups, training employees, and guaranteeing members receive top-notch service. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in monitoring day-to-day activities and sales productivity.
• Build a top-notch sales team by recruiting, onboarding, educating, and nurturing skilled individuals.
• Increase profits by expanding membership sales, personal training packages, and engaging in community outreach efforts.
• Provide outstanding customer support and guarantee member contentment.
• Organize scheduling, reporting, and adherence to regulations.
• Engage proactively in community and local promotional activities to create potential sales opportunities.
• Foster a culture of optimism, dynamism, and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated history of success in sales and client relations.
• Demonstrated expertise in guiding and fostering team growth.

• Availability required for working evenings and weekends (Friday through Tuesday).
