Job Overview:

As a Closing Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality burgers and shakes while maintaining a fun, positive, and team-focused environment. You'll ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer service, all while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a welcoming and positive experience.

• Prepare, cook, and assemble guest orders with high-quality ingredients, including burgers, fries, and milkshakes.

• Support a team environment, maintaining communication and cooperation with other team members.

• Follow food safety and cleanliness protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Work the closing shift, which involves cleaning, organizing, and completing closing procedures.

• Adhere to Steak 'n Shake's service standards and demonstrate the Golden Rule (treat others how you would like to be treated).

Closing Shift Hours:

• Sunday-Tuesday: 12:00 AM close (work until approximately 1:15 AM)

• Wednesday-Saturday: 2:00 AM close (work until approximately 3:00 AM - 3:30 AM)
