The AGM is responsible for supporting overall club operations, driving membership sales, developing staff, and ensuring members have an exceptional experience. - Aid the General Manager in supervising the daily functioning and revenue generation.
- Formulate a strategy to attract, employ, teach, and advance a successful sales force.

- Offer superior customer service to ensure the satisfaction of all members.
