Field Operations Associate

Job Description

The Field Operations Associate supports day-to-day field activities to ensure efficient execution of operational objectives across assigned locations or territories. This role assists with logistics coordination, on-site support, compliance monitoring, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in dynamic field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support field operations by coordinating schedules, resources, and logistics
• Assist with on-site setup, inspections, and operational activities
• Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
• Collect and report operational data, metrics, and performance updates
• Identify process improvement opportunities within field workflows
• Communicate effectively with field teams, vendors, and internal departments
• Troubleshoot basic operational issues and escalate complex concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly tracked and maintained
• Travel within assigned region to support operational needs

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
• Experience working in field-based or multi-site environments is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move between locations for extended periods
• Capability to lift or transport materials up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying conditions

Work Environment:

Field-based role requiring regular travel to operational sites, facilities, or client locations. The environment may involve exposure to equipment, varying weather conditions, and active work areas while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
