The AGM is responsible for supporting overall club operations, driving membership sales, developing staff, and ensuring members have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Aid the General Manager in supervising the daily functioning and revenue generation.
- Formulate a strategy to attract, employ, teach, and advance a successful sales force.
- Boost financial performance by enhancing revenue through membership acquisition, personal training sessions, and community engagement strategies.
- Offer superior customer service to ensure the satisfaction of all members.
- Handle the scheduling, reporting, and fulfillment of compliance standards.
