Job Summary:
As a Club Operations Manager, your role involves conducting group exercise sessions that are both safe and effective, aimed at inspiring and invigorating participants. Your ability to infuse each session with enthusiasm, individuality, and a sense of duty will contribute to maintaining Crunch's renowned standard of top-tier fitness experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group fitness sessions at designated times, adhering to authorized structures
- Provide dynamic and engaging workout sessions that adhere to the Crunch fitness guidelines for an enjoyable and effective exercise experience
- Tailor workouts and schedules to accommodate different levels of physical fitness and capabilities
- Establish and dismantle classroom materials to uphold standards of hygiene and security
- Welcome and engage with students in the class to establish a connection and motivate them to come back again
- Deliver outstanding customer support and cultivate a favorable atmosphere for patrons
- Keep updated on the latest developments in the industry and pursue relevant certifications
- Participate in staff meetings, seminars, and mandatory professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- A present certification in group fitness from a recognized institution like ACE, AFAA, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, etc., is required
- Possession of CPR/AED certification or the commitment to obtain it within the first month of employment is required
- Previous experience in teaching groups is desired
- Effective abilities in connecting and interacting with others
- Maintaining a positive, energetic, and polished attitude
- Proficiency in leading a range of exercise styles such as high-intensity interval training, strength training, dancing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, and more is advantageous
