Assistant Personal Training Manager

Crunch Fitness is seeking a results-driven Assistant Personal Training Manager to support personal training sales, team leadership, and member success. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and retention strategies

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Personal Trainers

• Set and achieve monthly sales and performance targets

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients

• Implement company fitness and sales initiatives

• Maintain a professional, energetic, and competitive mindset

• Oversee daily personal training operations and ensure policy compliance

Qualifications:

• CPR Certification (required)

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.)

• Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Ability to lead a team and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Capable of physical tasks including lifting weights, bending, squatting, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking
