Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of crew members during scheduled shifts
- Assign responsibilities and ensure all stations are properly staffed and supported
- Oversee food preparation and safety practices to maintain top-quality standards
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and fast customer service
- Support training of new employees and help develop crew skills
- Monitor shift performance, coach team members, and provide feedback
