Job Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility's equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for both members and staff. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services as needed.
- Record Keeping: Document maintenance activities and keep track of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment warranties.
