What You’ll Do as a Crew Member:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.
- Work all stations: register, grill, fry, food prep, and clean-up — we cross-train so you're ready for anything.
- Prepare and assemble food orders with care and accuracy using fresh, high-quality ingredients (we don’t even have freezers!).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following food safety protocols.
- Be a team player in a loud, open-kitchen environment — great communication is key!
- Contribute to our Secret Shopper Bonus Program, where every team member has the chance to earn cash bonuses based on performance.
- Bring energy, positivity, and a love for burgers and classic rock (yes, singing along is encouraged!).
