Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and certified Pilates Instructor to lead engaging and effective group classes. You’ll be instrumental in helping members improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellness, all while promoting a fun, inclusive fitness culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mat-based group Pilates classes

• Customize workouts to meet client needs, goals, and abilities

• Ensure safe exercise form and proper technique

• Modify exercises for special populations or injuries

• Foster an encouraging and inclusive environment

• Educate clients on posture, core strength, and movement

• Keep studio and equipment clean and organized

• Stay updated with industry trends and continuing education

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or Peak Pilates)

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA or ACE)

• CPR Certification required

• Knowledge of human anatomy and movement principles

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills

• Enthusiastic, high-energy, and adaptable

• Experience teaching group or private Pilates classes preferred

• Evening availability required
