Job Responsibilities

• Full accountability for restaurant operations during your shifts

• Staff scheduling, training, and team development

• Manage inventory and financial reporting

• Build strong relationships with customers and your team

• Oversee food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus

• 1 to 2 years of prior food service or leadership experience

• ServeSafe Certification preferred

• Strong references from former colleagues or supervisors
